CLASSIC CAR SHOW A Classic Car and Motorcycle Show will be held from 10 a.m.3 p.m. Saturday, June 3 at Fair Park. Hosted by Childress Cam Winders, prizes will be awarded for first place, second place, Best of Show, People’s Choice and more. Entry is $25.
Childress Elementary School will host its annual Kindergarten Round-Up from 3-4 p.m. Thursday, April 13 in the Childress Elementary School Cafeteria. To register, the student’s social security card, birth certificate and immunization record will need to be provided, as well as the parent’s driver license. EASTER EGG HUNT The annual Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt, organized by Childress County 4-H and co-sponsored by Childress County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office and local businesses, will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6 at Fair Park Pavilion.

CHILDRESS — Childress Regional Medical Center (CRMC) was recently recognized as a Chartis 2023 Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital, announced Friday, March 3. “This award is a result of the hard work by our amazing teams at CRMC,” CRMC CEO Holly Holcomb said.
