Living History organizers declare cookoff winners

WELLINGTON – The Chili Cookoff and Ice Cream Freeze-Off highlighted Fifth Annual Rocky Sprott Living History events Saturday, Oct. 4 at Powell Park. Hosted by Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV) Charles Goodnight Frontier Reg. Camp #2280, vendors and sutlers returned for a second day of festivities.
