Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Childress District Summer Intern Chloe Teichelman presents Paducah’s Radley Bumpus, along with sister Jessye, a bicycle for winning the Summer Safety Poster Contest. Titled “The Adventures of the Road Ranger and Motor,” Bumpus’ winning poster highlighted the importance of driving distraction-andinfluence-free and obeying traffic laws.
