Memphis’ Michell Branigan and JD McMahan compete in the FirstBank Southwest Tower Run Saturday, Feb. 24 in Amarillo. Approximately two miles long, Branigan won first place in the 50-59-year-old age division, and McMahan won fifth pace in the 40-49-year-old age division.

The annual Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt, hosted by Childress County 4-H, will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26 at the Childress Fair Park Pavilion. All children ages one year to second grade are welcome to attend. Prizes will be provided by local businesses.
