The Childress Farmers Market opens the 2025 season Saturday, April 19 on Commerce St. in downtown Childress. Markets are held from 9 a.m.-noon the third Saturday of the month, spanning through November.

With the Easter season and spring in the air, Collingsworth Public Library’s entry display case contains hats from the collection of Ethel Breeding Coleman. “We appreciate the Sims family loaning us the collection,” said Librarian Vicki Decker.

WELLINGTON – Adorned in Easter attire, youth took the stage of the historic Wellington Ritz Theatre at 2 p.m.Sunday,April 13 for the 2025 Tiny Tot Revue Easter tradition.Amy Inman, a member of the Ritz Theatre Board of Directors, served as mistress of ceremonies for the fifth annual event.
