WELLINGTON – Citizens of the community, Collingsworth County Commissioners, Collingsworth County Judge John James and the courthouse staff called on Justice of the Peace Jo Rita Henard at a reception in her honor from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28 in the Collingsworth County Courthouse Conference Room. Henard’s retirement was effective Tuesday, Nov. 1.
