CHILDRESS — The Childress Police Department recently welcomed Officer Glen Egerton in a swearing- in ceremony Wednesday, Aug. 7.
“He’s a hometown boy,” Childress Police Department Chief Bill Bridgwater said. “He knows Childress like the back of his hand. He knows everyone here, and everyone knows him, and that makes for a great cop. We’re glad to have him.”
