MEMPHIS — Two individuals were hit by a minivan while driving into a roadside ditch after their car hit a deer.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Terra Kavla, 25, of Pasadena, hit a deer around 4 a.m. on SH 256, four miles east of Memphis.
