WELLINGTON – Panhandle Community Services (PCS) staff arranged an application workshop from 10 a.m.2 p.m. Tuesday, April 18 at the Fellowship Hall of the First Methodist Church.
“We were there to provide applications for those in Wellington that needed assistance and may not have transportation to come to the Memphis Center,” said PCS Utility Specialist Marcia Campbell.
