WELLINGTON – With 34 ambulance runs recorded in the 2022 books as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Krystle Tarver is enrolled as a student in the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) class, offered by Wellington Emergency Medical Service (EMS).
