TTFHA to host 2025 Spring Rendezvous in Childress

CHILDRESS — The Texas Trappers and Fur Hunters Association (TTFHA) will host the 2025 Spring Rendezvous Friday, April 25-Saturday, April 26 at the Mashburn Event Center and Arena.

SAMNORWOOD –The Gamma Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma met Monday, March 10 at SOS from Texas in Samnorwood. President Nancy Henard called the meeting to order, and members expressed concerns for those absent.

CHILDRESS — At 9:20 p.m. Thursday, April 10, a vehicle, which the Childress Police Department attempted to stop for a traffic violation, evaded police, according to Childress Police Department Chief Jerrald Johnson.Turning south on 12th St. NW off U.S. Hwy 287, the vehicle then turned east on Ave.
