Special to The Sun WELLINGTON – The Wellington City Council met in regular session at 6 p.m. Monday, March 3 at Wellington City Hall with City Manager Jon Sessions, Mayor Pro-Tem Brent Martin and Councilmembers Jimmy Cantu Jr., Julie Collins and Kenneth Warren present.
