WELLINGTON – Hosted by Collingsworth County Chamber of Commerce, a reception is planned to welcome new Wellington City Manager Justin Mixon. The event will take place from noon-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 26 in the Club Room of the Bura Handley Community Center.
