Childress County confirms 11th positive rabies case since outbreak

CHILDRESS — A skunk, found in the 1000 block of Ave. G NW, tested positive for rabies on Wednesday,March 5,according to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

CHILDRESS — Tuesday, Feb. 25, the single engine air tankers (SEATs) practiced, and a Cessna 182 flew in from Lubbock. Another 182 came in from Waco, and a Beechcraft King Air flew in from Dallas to drop off passengers.Wednesday, Feb. 26, a Challenger came in from New York to drop off passengers.
