CHILDRESS — A traffic stop by the Childress Police Department turned up kilos of meth, according to court documents. Nemecio Armando Villanueva, 29, of Amarillo, was pulled over by a Childress Police Department Officer in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 25.
