Fraser gets seven-year sentence for assault

WELLINGTON — Alfred Ronald Fraser III, 33, of Wellington, was recently sentenced to seven years in prison for the second-degree felony offense of sexual assault of a child, according to the 100th Judicial District Court.
Andy Henard assumed he’d have to move to Houston, 500 miles from his home in Wellington, Texas, to get treatment for bladder cancer. He was surprised to learn that he could get chemotherapy at a smaller hospital just down the highway.
