Wellington Methodist Women preview 2025 quilt

WELLINGTON – A tradition since the 1950s, Wellington Methodist Women’s Fall Bazaar is set for 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Fellowship Hall, 911 Bowie St. The lunch menu, consisting of chili or stew, pie and a drink, will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Democratic County Chairs meet in Capitol after seminar

AUSTIN — After a day-long session with the Texas Secretary of State’s Elections Division in the Renaissance Hotel, Texas Democratic Party County (TDP) Chairs met Saturday, Sept. 27 in the Texas Capitol Building.
