Dear editor,
I’m a concerned citizen of Childress on this Stage 4 water restriction.
I was driving down Ave. C NE, and on the 600 block, I saw a city employee using city equipment and water, hosing down his driveway. I’m not sure of the man’s name, but he is a Spanish man.
I did see the post on “Rant and Rave Part Dos.” This person has a right to post what they see as well.
