On Veterans Day, U.S. Marine Tony Stephens cuts the special cake to celebrate the 250th birthday of the military division. Stephens chronicled his experience in Vietnam in his book, “Shadow In My Mind: Ghosts of Viet Nam,” published in July 2009.
