Wellington Volunteer Fire Department awards 2025 merits
Hunter Stark earned the Fireman of the Year distinction at the recent Wellington Volunteer Fire Department Awards Banquet.
WELLINGTON – During Wellington Volunteer Fire Department’s (VFD) recent 2025 Awards Banquet, Hunter Stark accepted the Fireman of the Year distinction. Firemen and their families gathered for the event in the Club Room of the Bura Handley Community Center to present peer awards and recognize years of service for the volunteer firemen. Bocenegra BBQ, of Childress, catered the dinner.
