WELLINGTON – “A 2,000-square foot can yield up to 1,200 gallons of water from just one inch of rainfall,” emphasized Mesquite Groundwater Conservation District (MGCD) General Manager Whitney Wiebe during the Tuesday, April 21 workshop. “With Wellington’s 21.39 inches in 2024, over 25,000 gallons could have been harvested.”
