MEMPHIS — The 87th Annual Hall County Picnic kicks off this weekend, Saturday, Sept. 17 on the square in downtown Memphis.
With festivities beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16, a hamburger cookout will take place on the southside of the Hall County Courthouse. Served by the Picnic Association, hamburger meals, including chips and a drink, will be served until sold out.
