Mason and Roxanne Smith, of Dodson, along with older siblings Catalina and Beckham, are thrilled to announce the birth of their son and brother, Knox Storm Smith, born at 6:20 a.m. Aug. 4, 2023, in Childress. He arrived weighing 9 pounds, 3 ounces and measuring 21.5 inches long. Overjoyed grandparents are Jeff and Candy Powell, of Wellington, along with Armando and Marie Sanchez, of Laredo. Knox Storm is the greatgrandson of Linda and the late Tommy Powell, of Wellington, Kenneth and Yvonne Ellis, of Childress, Guadalupe and Adundio Zavala, of Laredo, and the late Isidoro and Maria de Jesus Gardea Sanchez, of Denver, Colo.
