Wellington Care Center’s (WCC) Patricia Wilkerson displays her Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) certificate. Recently credentialed by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers, Wilkerson attended the Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Edmond, Okla. from January-October last year. She passed her exam in November 2023. Wilkerson explained that serving as WCC Dietary Manager fulfills her passion of serving the residents nutritious and appetizing meals three times a day, seven days a week.
