    CHILDRESS — The annual Fourth of July Party in the Park, scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, July 4, is in the works, and vendors are encouraged to sign up now.

    “We always need food booths, but we are really wanting to get back to the roots of it all and have some good, family fun with games and activities,” event organizer Shelby Bocanegra said. “So, if you’re thinking about a booth this year, please c…
