WELLINGTON – Epifanio “Jr.” Castillo, Collingsworth County Veteran Service Officer (VSO) and Quartermaster of Glynn Moore Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 6439, offers an array of services for not only for local veterans but for area veterans as well.
“Surviving spouses may be eligible for benefits,” Castillo emphasized.
