    MEMPHIS — The manhunt for Seth Altman, who is accused of shooting Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant Thursday, Oct. 3, is still underway.

    A Blue Alert was issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) for 33-year-old Altman for the involvement in the killing or serious injury of a law enforcement officer Friday, Oct. 4.
