MEMPHIS — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) recently released two new computer-generated photos of Seth Altman, the suspect wanted for attempted capital murder of Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant.
The photos, generated by a DPS Forensic Artist, were created to show what Altman would look like with a trimmed beard, as well as no facial hair.
