Memphis Housing Authority honors legacy of Orvilla Evans with memorial bench dedication service

MEMPHIS — The Memphis Housing Authority recently unveiled a bench, honoring the late Orvilla Evans, during a memorial bench dedication service Thursday, Feb. 27.
“I’m so proud to be able to do this,” Memphis Housing Authority Executive Director Josh Talley said.“She was very supportive, and she helped me make a career out of something that I really thought was just a stop.”
