Childress’ Taylor Wiseman was recently selected to the Texas High School Coaches Association 2024-2025 Girls Track and Field Class 3A Super Elite Team. A University of Oregon commit, Wiseman sealed double-gold at the UIL Class 3A State Track and Field Championships, throwing first-place finishes in both discus and shot put, breaking the Class 3A shot put state record.
