A 2015 graduate of Wellington High School, Carly Carter Kay is Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy’s 20222023 Elementary New Teacher of the Year. Currently a fourth-grade online teacher, Kay received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from West Texas A&M University in 2018.
