Childress County Christmas Sharing (CCCS), located at 232 Main St., recently rceived a new sign. “Thank you to Kim Buckley for the design and Ben Cherry for putting it in place for us,” CCCS board member and volunteer Raenell Smith said. CCCS also reminds residents of the upcoming Summer Giveaway, which will take place Monday, June 5. With clothing sizes available for children of all ages, the giveaway will begin at 9 a.m. with five families allowed to enter the building at a time. Families must bring their own bags for the clothes, Smith said.
