Memphis Independent School District (ISD) Superintendent William Alexander recently celebrates his 65th birthday during a staff development day meeting Friday, Jan. 20. At the meeting, staff also welcomed Region 16 Coordinator of Accountability, Assessment and School Improvement Christine Scroggs, who gave a presentation.
