MEMPHIS — Nine teams teed off at the Red Marble Ministries 2022 Golf Tournament, held last Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Memphis Country Club, raising $4,714.27 for Memphis Meals on Wheels.
Prior to the 18-hole scramble, players joined in the clubhouse for catering by Fat and Happy BBQ.
Additionally, a dedication speech was read in honor of the late Red Marble Ministries Missions Support Officer Jackie Blum, who passed away last year. Blum dedicated his work through church missions, including the Walk to Emmaus, the installation of 16 water wells in Africa and the annual golf tournament.
Winning teams are as follows: First Place – Jerry Ball, Ned Ball, Larry Bullard and Joe Davis; Second Place – Angie and Will Bass and Jason Weldon;Third Place – Kristen Altman, Justin Hernandez, David Jurado and Frankie Jurado.
