Residents at Wellington Care Center enjoy painting Halloween crafts while listening to soft music on a recent fall day. On Halloween, residents will have candy for all the kids beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31. Everyone is invited to stop by for a visit.
