WELLINGTON – In her recent presentation to Wellington Methodist Women, Karen Caldwell described the impact of the late Queen Elizabeth II on the world. “London Bridge is down,” the code phrase for Operation London Bridge, served as the plan upon the Queen’s death just this past Sept. 8.
