Members gathered at Wellington Senior Citizens Center for its Bingo, BBQ and Buc-ee’s social at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20. Chip’s BBQ, by Chip and Jamie Hall, catered the brisket taco dinner with banana pudding as a dessert.

Modern Home Club tours Childress County Heritage Museum renovations

CHILDRESS — Modern Home Club met for a regular monthly meeting Thursday, March 20 at the Childress County Heritage Museum.The meeting was called to order by Soundra Christy with prayer. Reading of the minutes, as well as the January treasurer’s report, was given by Raenell Smith.
