Kids can ‘LEARN to be SMORE’ at Rolling Plains Counseling Day Camp

WELLINGTON – Offered by Tina Souder, M.Ed., LPC-S, and her team of counselors, Rolling Plains Counseling and Wellness Center, LLC is offering its first-ever LEARN to be SMORE Day Camp Friday, June 21 for second through fifth graders.

Memphis City Pool swimming lesson students Gigi, Kortland, Hendrix, Blair, Kenley, Cashton, Wyatt, Taylor and Makayla graduate as the first class of the summer season. The Memphis City Pool, which officially opened Saturday, May 25, is open from 1-6 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.

Join Memphis Country Club for a Cornhole Tournament, benefitting Raymond Maldonado, at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 8. Maldonado, the 22-year-old son of Ram and Magaly Maldonado, sustained critical, lifealtering injuries in an ATV accident in March.

A Fourth of July Miriam Strong Raffle, benefitting Miriam Rodriguez, will be held at the end of June. Rodriguez, the four-year-old daughter of David and Sarah Rodriguez, is currently battling leukemia at Cook Children’s Medical Center.
