Mesquite Groundwater Conservation District General Manager Whitney Wiebe emphasizes the roles of the five Texas 4H Water Ambassadors, sponsored by MGCD, including Jordyn Altman, Anna Granadoz, Jacy Lampe, Yolanda Scovedo and Westin Wiebe. Through tiered water programs, the youth develop leadership skills and gain hands on experience with Texas’ unique water challenges.
