PANHANDLE — On Tuesday, June 6, 13 pleas took place in the 100th Judicial District Court in Carson County.
District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District Luke Inman, along with Assistant District Attorney Harley Caudle, prosecuted the cases for the State of Texas, with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.
“We’re only halfway through the year, and we have already racked up over 200 years in prison sentences and assessed $365,000 in fines and court costs,$102,500 of which were paid in full on the day the defendants pleaded guilty and went straight to the county’s general revenue fund,” Inman said.
