Wellington man sentenced to 40 years for first-degree felony offense of burglary of aggravated assault of child

Juan Jose Sanchez, 60, of Wellington, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the second-degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one, methamphetamine, as well as 15 years in prison for a first-degree felony offense of possession of methamphetamine.
John Daniel Torres, 41, of Memphis, was sentenced to seven years in prison for the third-degree felony offense of assault family violence with a previous conviction, as well as two years in prison for the third-degree felony offense of assault family violence by choking.

MEMPHIS – On Wednesday, Sept. 14, five pleas took place in the 100th Judicial District Court in Hall County.
