CHILDRESS — Meeting Monday, July 10, the Childress County Commissioners Court discussed illegal dumping within Childress County, an issue which Childress County Judge Kim Jones said has progressively gotten worse.
“Dumping is a major issue on our county roads,” Jones said.
Cracking down on illegal dumping, the court approved penalties of illegal dumping, ranging from $500-$10,000 fines.
