Childress Healthcare Center will host a brisket sandwich fundraiser from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6. A plate, which will cost $8, will include brisket on a bun, chips, a cookie, water and condiments. Delivery is available is three or more plates are ordered to the same location.
