Lymburner sentenced to 35 years for sexual assault of child

PANHANDLE — On Friday, April 12, Timothy Mark Lymburner, 49, pleaded guilty to the first-degree felony offense of continuous sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

The plea took place in the 100th Judicial District Courtroom at the Carson County Courthouse.

District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District Luke Inman, along with Assistant District Attorney Harley Caudle, prosecuted the case for the State of Texas, with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.
