Memphis Lions Club to hold 67th Annual Park Opener

    MEMPHIS — The Memphis Lions Club will host the 67th Annual Park Opener at 6 p.m. Friday, May 12 at the Memphis City Park.

    The Lions will serve barbecue hamburgers, ranch style beans and iced tea at the event. During the meal, beginning at 6:30 p.m., the Memphis Cyclone Bande will perform.

    “In years past, different organizations have attended with ice cream, cookies and other treats,” Memphis Lion Billy D. Ballew said.
