WELLINGTON – The Wellington City Council met in a special session at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3 with the City Manager Jono Sessions, Mayor Larry Adams and Councilmen Brent Martin, Jimmy Cantu Jr. and Brandon Ward present.
