Detour scheduled for U.S. 287 in Memphis for railroad crossing

MEMPHIS — A temporary detour, located on U.S. 287 in Memphis, will be in place Tuesday, May 20 to accommodate railroad crossing replacement by BNSF Railway, according to the Childress District of the Texas Department of Transportation.Lane closures will begin at 6 a.m.

WELLINGTON – While anticipation mounted for family and friends, 41 Wellington Elementary School (WES) kindergarten students crossed the expansive gymnasium, stopping at center stage, to accept graduation diplomas at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 9 at the Wellington High School (WHS) gymnasium.
