Multiple Childress High School Bobcat Band members competed in a Solo and Ensemble Competition Saturday, Feb. 7 at West Texas A&M University in Canyon. Leading the lineup, senior Beni Downey and sophomore Lily Halliday, who each prepared a Class 1 solo, received a Division 1 rating.
