On Monday, Dec. 8, members of Wellington Future Farmers of America (FFA) traveled to Clarendon to attend the Greenbelt District Banquet. During the recent Greenbelt District Banquet, Wellington Future Farmers of America (FFA) members, senior Kenady Skelton, left, and junior Bailey Page, earned first place in the District Talent Contest. The talented duo will represent Wellington and the Greenbelt District at the Area Contest held in May in Canyon. For the competition, Skelton accompanied on the guitar as Page sang “Good Lord Lorrie” by Turnpike Trubadours, and Skelton sang “Lady May” by Tyler Childers.
