MEMPHIS – On Monday, April 10, six revocation pleas resulted in five penitentiary sentences in the 100th Judicial District Court in Hall County.
District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District Luke Inman, along with Assistant District Attorney Harley Caudle, prosecuted the cases for the State of Texas, with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.
Darrell Lee Caldwell, 61, of Memphis, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the first-degree felony offense of assault family violence with prior conviction, enhanced.
